It will have a title, namely FALLOUT. Theres a pre-sold franchise from the video game series. There is two Stars, Andrew garfield as the protagonist and Liam Neeson who stared in Fallout 3 as the same part, so to have him again would be a direct link to the fan base and franchise. It wouldn't be totally dominated by CGI but would be used for most mobs, I.e. Deathclaws, Cazadors and such. There would defiantly be set pieces like Megaton town and wastelands. Defiantly, this film would have global appeal as its a whole world struggle in the nuclear fallout. Most likely it would have a "news worthy" budget as it would require a fair amount of CGI and set piece design along with dynamic costume. It would slightly conform to CHN, with a minor binary opposition, but it would be more of a film to do with the journey from start to finish from the initial game.
TECHNOLOGY- Being a film influenced by a video game,the effects are important to make the relatable to it. As it is a sci fi film, it may have influences of Star Wars the archetype of this genre. Star Wars was a very large blockbuster franchise, due to its large budget and new technologies. Technology was developed on video games improving effects and definition, this is why the style in films linked to video games like "FALLOUT"
ECONOMIC- In video games, there are sponsors. By having sponsors it makes it difficult to create a film with different businesses/studios wanting their products or brands in your film.Sci fi films most likely will have a large budget making it an event movie and therefore people,especially teenagers will want to see it as it has become a spectacle.
SOCIAL- The video game franchise is mainly teenager targeted, meaning that marketing the product will be important to the film to get more audience in.Especially as when one genre becomes popular many more of the same genre films are created.
